   You girls are pure magic!! I swear, I wish I’d booked my first nail appointment blooming years ago!! And Finally after spending over 2 years recovering from brain tumours and going through so many hospital treatments, these girls made me FINALLY feel myself again but just so much stronger and genuinely confident!! Always so welcoming and kind, and every treatment is ALWAYS absolutely amazing!!!!

   Been here twice now and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Had two nails built up as I’d lost them and a gel manicure that was amazing and didn’t chip once even though I travelled half way round the world! Would recommend and will come back!

   Got my gel nails done here as a birthday treat from my MIL. They did the design I wanted but they didn’t bother with my cuticles, put the gel on too thickly (it burned when curing) and unevenly, and got bits of fluff in the gel. Less than 24 hours in and the gel was peeling off. I emailed them twice about this but got no response, it seems they don’t want to know. Avoid.

   me and my mum went here for the first time to get gels and acrylics, its safe to say we will not be returning. our nails are completely awful and the paint on my set of acrylics were either smudged or sparse the staff were up every five minutes working on another client, having me waiting and overall seemed very unsociable and uninterested in how out nails urned out. we are very disappointed and will not ever be going in there again. there were children walking in and out whilst everything else was happening and honestly my nails look like crows feet. im very unhappy that these are my holiday nails as i would have liked them to at least look half decent which these certainly do not. i am appalled at how these have turned out.

   Only giving one star because you can’t give zero. Me and my sister went for the first time and definitely won’t be returning. Some of the staff came across rude and uninterested. I booked in with one technician and ended up having three of them work on my nails with waiting times in between, really unprofessional and time wasting. The acrylic was basically piled on with a shovel and barely filed down so I walked out with bulky uneven nails. I had a French tip painted on with a colour I didn’t even chose and probably could’ve painted it better myself. I literally came home and filed them down myself so I didn’t have to walk around with them, until I could book in elsewhere to get them off and a new set put on. Also, online it said they would do cost £30 and ended up costing £35.
