I've been a customer for at least ten years now, phoned for a quote for a new car, was told they want to update my information, ask for my job which changed last month, thanks we'll update you information can you pay £35.00 ????? This is not acceptable, and when i change my car i will be changing companies aswell, disappointed.
Tried to get a quote, bloke was dismissive and unhelpful over the difference in what I paid vs the value. Totally disregarded the fact I purchased the vehicle overseas after searching for a UK vehicle for 2 years, didn’t ask any questions about the car, condition, mileage etc. Would not accept an independent valuation. Poor service.

Fantastic company. We now have several imported US cars. Each time we set up insurance, Brentacre were by far the best price and the quickest, easiest to deal with. Nice to talk to someone in the UK that has a great knowledge of their business. Definitely recommend to friends, family and fellow car enthusiasts!
Awesome for custom insurance. I have a mapped, lowered, 20" alloyed VW Kombi and the cover was very reasonable indeed.

Always incredibly helpful. I've had several policies for modified vans and cars with Brentacre and its nothing like the usual stress. People who know what they're talking about and more importantly know what matters to owners of cherished vehicles.
Their admin charges for changing policy details are pretty excessive. Changed to a private reg and they are at least double the admin fee of any other company I have been with. Also found that their policy prices are pretty high. Will definitely shop around next time.
The most friendly and helpful insurance brokers I have ever experienced. Had been struggling to find a decent quote for our campervan conversion and had bad experiences with other brokers. Brentacre and every staff member I spoke to were very friendly and made the process much more positive and not stressful like others! Also came out with a quote much much cheaper than anywhere else. Would definitely recommend.
