Have been taking insurance for many years from this business. Mr Bowen is a pleasure to speak to, extremely professional and goes out of his way to accommodate customers. The quotes I have had from him have been lower than large mainstream insurance companies. I cannot speak any more highly of the service him and his company provide and would recommend him without hesitation for taking insurance.

Absolutely horrendous to deal with. Would not provide 3rd party insurance company, hung up on me for no reason at all. Rude, obnoxious, unprofessional, horrendous customer service. Would not answer phoncalls, would not cooperate and this man is meant to be a brokerage. Would avoid at all Costs and save yourself his hefty commission and go direct to the company. Absolutely awful experience. Avoid at all costs!! Go direct - avoid this man.
