   Rude, horrible people in the ladies side. My daughter came in today, she suffers from anxiety problems & they didn't have her booking, but instead of helping they laughed at her, believing it was her issue. They did eventually admit it was their error but the damage is done....i now have a upset daughter with knocked confidence... well done you lovely people.

   It's the only place I have ever come to where I don't feel like I need to faff about with my hair to get it right. Nicole is an amazing stylist who just understands exactly what you're after, even when you sound like a confused faffing idiot who's specialism is staring at trees!! I've been swishing all day, she makes you feel worth it!!

   Loved Nicole. Very friendly and we talked through everything I wanted for my restyle. Constantly checking I was happy all the way through the cut. Had previously taken my son to the mens side to have his hair done, got a great cut which was how we had asked. Only place I will be going from now on.

   Hair cut and then later dyed, the lady who did my hair was lovely and very accommodating, she was able to advise me on hair dying during pregnancy (due to the fumes in hair dye when applying) and assured me I'd be fine, we did a skin test just in-case and no problems there. She also advised on my hair care and styling and helped make my hair look healthy again. Will be a regular here :)
