   My hair is thick and wavy and has a mind of its own, in the past I have been very disappointed by hairdressers who haven't listened to me and left me feeling unhappy and frustrated (as well as a lot poorer). However, the first thing Sarah does is listen, she then answers any questions with honesty and knowledge. Sarah makes my hair look exactly how I want it to look as well as ensuring that I am able to manage it myself. I trust her implicitly, she makes me feel fabulous and is better than any therapy. If I could afford it I would have my hair done by Sarah every week.
