My best place to get my hair sorted the girls are lovely, the weather was freezing I had 4 hour hair appointment, they made me very comfortable with hot water bottle and a blanket with plenty of hot drinks. Thank you Jodie & Charlotte for your lovely caring service. It never disappoints.
Was very disapointed with my hair cut as usually I get very nice cuts here. The lady cutting my hair was constantly checking her phone. She cut my hair far shorter than we agreed. I could see the moment she realised she cut it too short so had to cut shorter all around. It was also not in the style I asked for. I wanted shorter in the back and longer in the front, but this did nit happen since she snipped it too short. I booked a Dry Shake Up which on the app says shoyld be about 40mins. This took 1 hour and 30mins.
I went in for a cut and straighten. My fringe was cut too short and looks ridiculous, my layers were not tidied. She straightened my hair without using heat defense spray. She used the straightening irons on one section of my hair 12 times!! 12!! Charlotte has lost her best two stylists, I wouldn't recommend them now.
The salon has a lovely feel and Charlotte and her team are friendly and welcoming every time I go there. I have also witnessed them help people who have had bad experiences with other salons - being totally professional at all time. Have my hair done regularly by Ellie here - in fact followed her from my previous salon as wouldn’t trust anyone else to do it. She has never given me a bad cut or indeed a colour - in fact her work is so good my husband even notices!!!!! Can’t wait for my next visit!
I've had my hair done by Ellie for a little while now after having a really bad experience elsewhere. She is amazing and professional 100% she makes me feel so comfortable and at ease when getting my hair done. When I leave that salon I feel so much more confident with the amazing work produced the staff are all lovely and nothing is ever too much bother will always recommend anyone and everyone to Morells. Always look forward to going back ❤
Chloe, who works at Morells has been cutting my hair and my family’s too for the past 15 years. She is an excellent stylist and is extremely personable and welcoming too with a lovely warm, friendly nature. I would recommend her highly!
