I haven't yet had my hair done here yet, but came in for a colour consultation. The salon is bright, sparkly and beautifully clean. I spoke with a customer waiting for a trim and she's been using them for the last ten years which would indicate that they do a good job and look after their customers. The lady I spoke with was very friendly and engaging and seemed genuinely interested in what I'd like to have done. Hopefully they'll be able to source the colour that I want. If it all works out as I'd like, I'll update this review.

First time at the salon I had a great experience. I thought Emily was great and did an excellent job with colour, cut and blow dry. Excited to go for the second time and arrived today just before my appointment time to be told I should have been there yesterday. When I write my next appointment in my physical diary for anything, I always repeat back the time and date to the person behind the desk who has given me the details, before writing it in. I then transfer to my phone diary when I get home. So I was very shocked to find that I hadn't got an appointment today and of course they then couldn't fit me in. They weren't very sympathetic and basically accused me of getting it wrong and I was told quite firmly the stylist had phoned me but I was in all day yesterday. I had travelled from Bedford today especially for this appointment, at a very busy time of the year. I did answer a call yesterday but it went dead after I answered it and no one spoke. No message was left and no one tried again later yesterday, or today to find out what had happened. So very upset and angry now as have to put up with my hair as it is for Christmas and it needs colour and cut. They did offer me an appointment tomorrow but I have other commitments and cannot go. Incredibly disappointed and don't feel it was my fault as I ALWAYS repeat back time and date before putting it in the diary. However, it happened for whatever reason and I was NOT impressed with the attitude when I arrived. Is it too much to phone more than once to actually speak to the person to find out what went wrong if they do not pick up on the first attempt and why is no message left.

I am new to this salon, my regular hairdresser has retired. The gentleman spent time looking at my hair and discussed what I wanted he had a bit of sorting out to do. I am very happy with the cut.
