   As much as I loved the friendliness and passion I felt from Kiki, I'm sad to say that the product wasn’t the best quality…. As you can see from the first set, there was glitter all under the top coat and the acrylic itself was bumpy and uneven. As well as this, there were gaps in the top coat. However, she then- free of charge- agreed to fix this set by filing them down and re-painting without the nail art. As much as I was happy with the second set in her studio, there wasn’t great lighting and I shortly realised that the polish was sheer due to the thin coats and the top coat (within a week) dulled down almost matte. My cuticle was also caught during this process. Finally, my nail started to lift about two weeks later and I had to rely on medical tape. I really did appreciate the customer service, but I sadly won’t return.

   I can’t believe I’ve just find the best, affordable but luxurious place in the world for taking care about my nails, I had a beautiful Biab set and I was happily surprised with not only a friendly cozy environment but also I find myself been spoiled with pastry and drinks, Kiki was lovely and so fun!!! She makes me feel like I’ve just forgot about everything else it was my time and I felt like a star!!! I defiantly recommend Kiki to anyone Thank you Kiki for the amazing time

   Kiki was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so welcome and comfortable and gave my nails every possible detail and attention, her salon has a lovely, relaxed environment. You can tell that she really loves what she does and this is reflected in her brilliant work!

   This place is the best place to got to and no one can say otherwise! This was my first experience here at this nail salon, and I can’t picture myself going anywhere else. The environment was very peaceful and appealing! I never felt rushed, had second thoughts, or had to deal with rude customer service like I have in the past. Kiki took her time, treated me with complementary cupcakes and had a good old laugh together. I asked her to design me New Years set and she definitely worked her magic as they turned out fantastic!!! Kiki took her time and double-checked with me if I was ok with the design and it shows that she is one talented individual. Thank you so much Kiki you definitely made me the star of the show this New Years. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

   Every nail salon that I've been too I always felt rushed and stressed out. Until now, everytime I go to Kiki she takes her time doing my nails I feel relaxed and cared for. She is such a talented women she takes 'me time' literally and makes sure that you feel that way as well. I can't explain how much I love my nails everytime she does them, she has a unique style that you don't really see here in the UK and if you do the service would cost a fortune but not with her. The pictures on her social media pages don't give any justice to how beautiful the nails turn out to be in IRL. I definitely recommend her salon to many people 10/10. If you want to feel like your having a 'me time' and don't want to feel rush definitely go to Kiki.
