The lady that works here needs to find a job that has no contact with the public, she is shocking to say the least. I have given them a few chances I am now done with that shop.
Obviously it’s not barbers anymore. I would give negative rating to customers service if I could - the lady in there won’t even look at you - no “hello” or “goodbye”. Don’t expect a “thank you” either.
Perfect place in town to send and collect parcels. Quick transaction, often no queue unlike the post office. Very convenient.
Throw the package's into the store room what is returns for evri amazon etc as some could be breakable and unhelpful for printing of return labels
Had to send some large parcels back and used their service.I was a little apprehensive as i had quite a few.I didnt have to worry as they were very happy to take them .Will certainly go there again and use this service.
I can't speak highly enough of Toni's News and Barbers. We have our papers delivered through Toni's and the paper girls and boys have always been very reliable and pleasant. The same is true about the staff behind the counter. Over the years I have lived in different places and always found it difficult to find a good barber. I couldn't believe my luck finding Toni. He listens to you and through experience seems to know intuitively how you'd like your hair cut. I've always had a good haircut and even if there are a number of people waiting you never feel rushed. All this at a very reasonable price.
Went today.... There was a guy in the chair and one guy Infront of me.... The barber did not speak to any of us cut hair in complete silence I kid you not... Not one word other than what you having done... I have never had such an awkward and miserable haircut in all my days.... Honestly no customer service what so ever I would totally give this barber shop a miss and I suggest the guy cutting hair takes a course in customer service. If you dont want to converse with customers change career
