   Atrocious customer service, having waited in the shop for 10 minutes, by that time there were 4 of us waiting, no one appeared to serve us. I could hear laughing and joking upstairs, so I shouted up and was told they were making number plates up, and were to busy to come and serve. I told them it was great customer service and left the shop. I took my business elsewhere and will not be returning.

   Had to visit twice to get served the first time the only person behind the counter was struggling to find the correct oil filter for a customer. Despite several members of staff lounging on the carpark and what I took to be a member of management coming down from the office twice no attempt was made to serve myself and the other customer waiting after 15 minutes I had to leave for an urgent appointment elsewhere.
