I visited GA Jewellers as I wanted to sell a ring. It was my first visit and the service and advice I received were exceptional. I felt welcomed and trusted the advice I was given completely. I was pleased with the outcome and can thoroughly recommend them.
I went in today having an idea on what I wanted to buy and came out with thrice as much! Extremely professional and helpful sales assistants, big shout out to Leanne and Declan. Very knowledgable people who don’t push for sales but are mindful on what you are looking for. They took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. What legends. Big them up!!
I popped into the shop with my brother a few weeks ago as he was looking to purchase some jewellery. The man behind the till very kindly cleaned three rings for me and got them sparkling again and also checked them to make sure they were gold and wouldn't accept any payment! I really appreciated the customer service and kindness that you provided! Thank you, we will be sure to use them again in the future.
Just had a battery replaced in my watch at GA Jewellers, and the service was outstanding. Tristan handled the repair quickly and professionally, explaining everything he was doing. A small repair was also needed and when I returned I was also looked after by Olly, who was incredibly helpful. Fantastic, high-quality service from a very professional and friendly team. I would definitely recommend.
Such friendly staff, they go out of their way to help, I’m so glad i came in! Lovely selection, as well. Have gone back a few times and I don’t think I’ll be taking my business anywhere else. Tristan is an absolute star!

went in this morning to adjust my watch, The guy was super friendly and did it in about 2 minutes for very reasonable price. I was heading to town but thought to give it ago and I'm glade I did will always go there , They also have great collection on watches that is way cheaper than online will defo recommend them top people . Had a necklace repaired there, which was broken, twice before. It was also cleaned and polished without asking. Today I went to put a deposit on a ring I have had my eye on for a while. I ended up buying a St Christopher medallion and today's Store Manager, Zara took her time selecting the perfect chain for it , in size for me and to suit the medallion. Top marks for service and goods.
