5/5 Everyone was so welcoming, nice, and funny. I came in with a lot of anxiety but Emily’s confidence and sunny spirit made feel comfortable about my first time dyeing my hair at a salon. They were also very helpful and professional, and I loved their service. I left feeling really happy with my hair. Would recommend :)
This salon has been a great find. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and the hairdressing is as good as you will experience at a top London salon. The staff are knowledgeable, skillful and they listen! Special shout out to Lena too who tames my flyaway locks and covers my greys to give such a natural look. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Absolutely loved it. Gemma on Reception was so good you might think you were in Claridges Hotel. Their care and attention with a genuine friendliness is amazing. Hair was similarly looked after and felt brilliant.
Such a lovely and friendly salon. Everyone is so nice and so professional. I had a very different restyle and it was done efficiently, effectively and exactly as I wanted. Have a word with Gemma and she will make sure you get the best from your visit.

I saw April this morning for a wash and blow dry . She took exceptional care in washing my hair and ensuring it was a thoroughly professional experience . She was attentive , highly skilled and clearly cared about styling my hair the way I wanted it . Just fabulous . So much so I wanted to write this review . April was MEGA thank you :) I would absolutely highly recommend Willows and will definitely be returning.
Was very nervous going from very long hair to a medium length bob but Emily was really very lovely, made me feel at ease and did a fantastic job and a really decent price too. Very happy with their service, would recommend to anyone. Very very happy with the result and couldn't have asked for a more polite lovely hairdresser. Thank you :)
