I went here as someone who hates getting their hair cut & has had many disaster cuts. Gemma was very patient & kind & took the time to listen & understand how I was feeling. She made recommendations for the cut I wanted & I trusted her advice. I came out with the best cut & was so pleased. Even after washing it, it's manageable & looks good even without styling, so I know if I style it, it will look even better! Highly recommended & I will be back!
Nikki's haircuts are so beautiful they look stunning for weeks, even as they grow. I've just gone from an inverted bob to an Italian one. The cut is so classy! My hair is naturally curly and I wear it both straight and curly. Nikki takes the time to make sure the cut works both ways before I leave the salon. She is always so lovely to talk to - definitely my No 1 choice of hairdresser.
Gemma and the girls at the salon are all very talented! They are great at taking the time to get to know you and are very knowledgeable in helping you reach your hair goals. A very friendly bunch on the whole and very accommodating. Could not recommend them enough!
My daughter had her 5th birthday as a pamper session here and it was fantastic! Staff were brilliant with the girls and they really enjoyed having their hair washed and styled and nails painted. We both have our hair cut here too and always receive a friendly and professional service.
Chose this salon for my trans teen after some difficult encounters at previous salons. Gemma could not have been more patient, constantly checking he was happy with what she was doing and talking everything through in advance. My teen has a renewed confidence in hairdressers thanks to her and I applaud the salon for welcoming all without judgement. We have now returned a few times and received the same great service each time.
I cant speak highly enough of this salon. They always come together as a team, and help eachother out. Maisie has been the first person to achieve a colour that I've wanted for so long and has smashed it everytime. It's not easy working on my hair, it takes such a long time due to the amount and length of it. But, it doesn't phase her, she cracks on and manages to still get it all even. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my colour now.
I am so so happy with my hair, Gemma and Maisie done an amazing job with my balayage! They gave excellent advise on colour options that would suit me as I was unsure, they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The service was the best and the milkshake products they use smell amazing too! I would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for a professional and friendly hair salon!
