She understood what I was looking for, despite it being a bit unconventional, and made brilliant suggestions that I wouldn't even have thought of. I love how my hair looks and feels now.    I had my hair done at Carmen Walker and the whole experience was pure luxury from start to finish. My hair has never looked or felt better — it’s glossy, shiny, and so beautifully done. The blow-dry was flawless, the cut was perfect, and you can really tell they pay attention to the finest details. The ambience in the salon is stunning. It felt warm, calm, and homely, yet still incredibly high-end. I felt completely relaxed and taken care of throughout my appointment. Carmen Walker is honestly on another level. If you want impeccable hair and a truly elevated, luxurious experience, I can’t recommend them enough.

   Funny enough I stumbled across this salon on social media preparing for where I were to go once I moved house. My hair colour when I entered the salon was cherry red. In desperate matters I asked Carmen if she could get rid of the red as my civil ceremony was in less than 2 weeks and the salon in London had who I had booked had cancelled! Long story short, I had my consultation, both Grace and Carmen were lovely and informative advising what they would and would not do to my hair as the goal was to maintain its integrity. The first appointment was conducted by Grace for the colour transformation, followed by the lovely Lucy who straightened my hair. I was so happy and relieved that one the colour was gone but also at the hospitality, the warm welcome and the overall vibe of the salon. My follow up appointment was with Carmen and she is as brilliant as ever. She really is passionate about her work and a kind soul. Looking to book my next appointment when I’m back from my mini-moon.    Thank you to Lucy at Carmen Walker for another super cut and big hair blow dry. Having tracked Lucy down to Carmen Walker, I was pleased to get booked in for a long overdue trim and blow dry. I’m really impressed with the Authentic Beauty Concept products used before my blow dry as my hair has stayed smooth and shiny all weekend. I have my next two appointments already confirmed, which is fab. I highly recommend a visit.

   I absolutely loved my experience with Carmen! She's got a great eye for detail and she knows what will suit you. I'm super pleased with my last visit, as I only showed Carmen a picture of what I wanted and she knew instantly what I had in mind. The end result was even better!l than expected! Couldn't recommend her enough - definitely the best hair stylist in Northampton.

   My 10 year old daughter loved the whole experience! Carmen is an amazing hair dresser! She knew exactly what to do to make my daughter's hair more manageable. My daughter left the salon so happy with silky soft hair. And can also have the option with having beautiful manageable curls!! I would highly recommend Carmen and will definitely be returning!!!
