Nicole did an amazing job on my hair yesterday, as always! I’ve been coming to Koko for quite a while now, and all of the staff there are so welcoming and friendly. This is such a clean and modern salon - would highly recommend!
I have been going to this salon since it opened and have always come away smiling. Nicole is such an amazing hairdresser and always goes above and beyond to make sure my experience in the salon is nothing but the best. I tend to change my hair quite a bit and Nicole is always so on board with any crazy idea I have. I would highly recommend KÖKÖ hair salon!!
I had an appointment with Bethany (bethanygracehair) for baby lights. The photo speaks for itself! I also asked for a straight cut and she ignored my request cutting it in a curve!! When messaged her concerning my dissatisfaction she did not offer any fix as she was ‘fully booked’, later stopped replying and started ignoring my messages. Now she has blocked me. What a way to treat a customer! Would never recommend her services as she does not take any responsibility for her errors. Very disappointing experience overall!

Farah sat down and really tried to understand what I was looking for before beginning. Her work is incredible she doesn’t take any shortcuts or rush but instead gives your hair the time it needs. I’m so happy with my colour and haircut.
Demi Leigh did complicated colours for 3 of us all at the same time, we took up her whole working day, she was brilliant and we love our new hair, we will definitely be back soon
Nicole is incredible at what she does, as are all the girls who work there. Everyone is so friendly and I am always made to feel welcome! I travel from Liverpool to get my hair done here as it's amazing, I always leave happy and I can't wait for my next appointment! x
