Thom, the general manager at the conference centre's professionalism was top notch! Prior to the event he had offered to test the power points going on the plasmas to take the stress away on the day so we arrived knowing it was all in order. He made us feel very welcome from the minute we arrived. We had laptop/ technical issues and he let us use their office computer and use their colour printer also which was a massive help. We had never been to Norwich before and Thom went into detail about places we could eat and how best to get there- anything we needed he was onto it! Enthusiastic, professional and made our time there highly enjoyable!
