   I ordered an iPad Air from Tonbridge High Street Cash Converters. It was dispatched the same day and arrived the next. The condition was excellent, as described, and it looked like new. My son was delighted with it. Very good value for money and great service. With the twelve month warranty, for me buying from Cash Converters is so much better than taking your chances on eBay.

   I ordered a minirig speaker from them, but it stopped sounding right after a month of use, and keeps dropping connection. I emailed them to see if I could return it to a local cash convertors, but they said I'd have to come to Tonbridge itself to test the equipment, and added I'd need to prove it was broken upon purchase otherwise fail to get a repair or refund. Ridiculous.

   Absolutely awful, brought a phone yesterday and got it home to find out it had a broken charger port. Took it back and the man on the desk was calling me a liar telling me there's no way that it was brought broken that I'd broken it and was lying to him. I was mortified completely humiliated infront of customers and other staff. Having come from a domestic abuse background and have ptsd I was left upset, shaking, humiliated and had a panic attack. If he didn't believe me he could of approached the situation in a different way, spoke quieter and made me feel less like rubbish. I will never go in the tonbridge store again and hope no one else has to deal with him. I will be putting in an official complaint (14/02/2022 at aprox 10.05am

   This place is great for buying because sometimes you can notice a gem I'm the glass cabinet IE a cheap Nintendo Swith I love the staff here very down to earth a 5 tier well deserved

   Awful company and store Paid in full for an online purchase Racially profiled me and asked for ID and states they needed to do a credit search to confirm my identity. I asked for details of their policy regarding this: their reply - cancel the order and close my account. Fortunately the FSA is in place for such situations- watch this space!

   Breath of fresh air. Bought a laptop online from this store - it was accurately described in terms of spec and condition, if anything it was under-sold as it was better than described with minimal marks. It arrived within two working days and well packed in a sturdy outer box with ample bubblewrap inside. I emailed the store to thank them as I think good customer service shouldn't go unnoticed - got a personal message back from the store manager to thank me for my custom. In a customer-focussed business it's the little things that make all the difference and this store will take care of you. I would not hesitate to buy from here again - keep up the good work!
