I have had Crystal as my hairdresser for 3 years and she always does a wonderful job. Crystal always listens to me and I really appreciate her honesty, she will let me know if something might not work for me and offers me alternatives instead. I love how she makes sure we are both on the same page. She does a lovely job of both cut and colour, I have had so many compliments on my balayages that she has done. Would really really recommend Crystal at Browns.
I had my first visit at Browns in Towcester and it was fantastic. I find it very daunting going to a new salon but Maddy made me feel so at ease and comfortable. She was super friendly and knowledgeable and told me a lot about my hair. She listened to what I wanted and I felt like she understood my personality and made sure I was happy with everything at each step. The salon is lovely and the products they use felt so good on my hair. I highly recommend and will be back!
Recently had my hair cut and blow dried by Crystal for the first time. I was so fed up with my hair but Crystal was amazing, she knew exactly what to do with my hair explaining and showing me how best to style it. I had only booked in for a cut and blow dry but she went above and beyond adding a toner to my brassy balayage. She was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable in Salon that I made sure to book my next appointment with her before leaving.
Yesterday I had my hair cut and finished by the lovely Maddy. This was my first time at the salon and she was so welcoming and also educated me a lot on my hair and the possibilities I could do with it in the future. The actual haircut was just as good as the service. I can’t wait for my next appointment - thank you so much Maddy xo

I had my first haircut in 18 months at Brown's Towcester and requested Poppy as my stylist. Poppy is a true professional with a lovely demeanour; very well trained in her craft and easy to talk to. I felt well looked after as I was offered several refreshments and we discussed the cut in detail before she started meaning that I got exactly the look I was going for. Poppy also asked if a new trainee could shadow her as she was cutting in a new fringe, which I obliged, and I was very impressed with how she explained things to the trainee and myself. In terms of COVID: the salon was very clean and all the clients were properly spaced out in accordance with guidelines, so another plus point there. Overall very impressed and will be back for my next cut, and definitely will try book Poppy again.
