Amazing service and fantastic results! I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but I received great advice from Lucy and ended up loving my hair. Everyone was incredibly kind and professional. The final result exceeded my expectations and with very fair price. I will definitely be coming back!
I was apprehensive at first as i hadn’t been to the hairdressers in a while and I usually use box hair dye and do it myself. Lucy made me feel very comfortable and confident, she was very professional but also made me feel like I’d made a new friend. I had half head highlights and toner which worked perfectly with my new colour. The colour was exactly as I wanted despite me being very indecisive, Lucy did a fab job and I left the salon buzzing! Can’t wait for my next appointment!
Was originally unsure on getting hair extensions because of sensory issues but Lucy comforted me and gave me a confidence boost so I just did it… best decision I’ve ever made. Gave me the prettiest princess hair I could ask for and made sure it was precise. I didn’t have time to have the full set done but Lucy still found the time to make sure it was complete the next morning !! Couldn’t be more grateful for the confidence and smiles Lucy gave me. I had a DIY fringe cutting emergency so booked a last minute appointment with Lucy to help rectify the mishap I had had at home. She was great. Her and her shop are welcoming and friendly and there was zero judgment. She not only fixed my fringe but also did extra to help make sure the rest of my hair looked nice. I am not one for hairdressers as don’t usually enjoy the experience but Lucy really helped. I’m booked for 8 weeks time and there will be no more home hair cutting. Thank you SO much x
My first visit today and certainly won't be my last .Such a lovely relaxed welcoming atmosphere. Was instantly put at ease by the lovely Lucy and Maddie. My hair was a bit of coloured mess to say the least when I walked in . I walked out with hair better than I could have dreamed of . Lucy is an amazing hairdresser and I'm so glad I have found Diamond appearance
Second time I use the salon and it is decided, this will be my salon! I wanted to dye my hair for the first time after 16 year! Not only it came the colour that I showed Lucy but it was the colour that I wanted and imagined to come out! I do not have words to express how good she is! 100% recommended!
Wanting a radical change from my current hairstyle, I came to Diamond Appearance after seeing it being recommended numerous times. And I can see why! Not only did Lucy give me the most amazing colour (I have honestly never had so many compliments on my hair in my life!), but she is the most wonderful, genuine person. Her and Maddie made me feel so welcomed and relaxed in the salon. I definitely recommend for a fantastic product and a lovely atmosphere. Thank you guys for my fabulous hair. :)
