The company I spoke to promised to get back to me months ago, but did not. Still trying to claim money back that they made a mistake on. No joy of getting hold of them

Contacted them by email and never heard a word after 14 working days. So then I contacted them Monday 28th Feb or Tuesday 1st March 2022 and they told me they get back to me by the end of that week. I never had a reply. I have then tried to contact them today and the number is invalid. Don't know what else to do now .
