Great bunch of lads, good vibes, couldn’t stop laughing, and the haircut I got was slick, Robert gave me exactly what I asked for, and the lady loves it, will definitely be back.
Gurdeep was my barber and my first time here, a well rounded and seasoned barber, excellent communication skills, a really friendly approach, the cut was beyond my expectations, extremely skilled on a really thorough skin fade, most definitely I will be back! Thanks Gurdeep!
Awful service. Booked a haircut with them but their booking system, which takes money in advance, had messed up - they have refused to give me a haircut without paying AGAIN nor would they help with a refund. Never had such bad customer service. I even gave a tip when I paid in advance...what a joke!! As you'll see in the reply below from McNally's, they have made my point for me. Instead of taking on board my comments and accepting that their system made an error, they insinuate that I'm not being honest. Such a shame as I've used the barber's before but won't again given the (lack of) service I received. And as someone's who's used the barber's before - I've never had updates from the app about my appointment - I showed this in the shop, they've not mentioned this in their reply. What's more, not offering a refund, or a hair cut, nor even the contact details of the booking system app so that I could try and get a refund through them - that isn't doing anything at all to help.
Since moving to Bedford, this is the only place I have been to. The welcome is always warm, conversation flows and Sabrina always does a fantastic job. Plus, it's nice and local - what more could you want?

Absolute SCAM. Refused a refund even tho I tested for COVID on the day and informed them of this, despite having no service done they charged full amount. DO NOT RECOMMEND
After several drawn out and disappointing cuts for my toddler at a dedicated kids barbers I decided to try McNally's. Sabrina was wonderful and the transformation was incredible. Didn't take long at all and no meltdowns. Really looking forward to becoming regulars.
Visited on a busy day. When I stepped in, one of the 3 guys reluctantly replied to my greeting. I awaited my turn for ages as the lot was busy chatting with their customers and therefore frequently interrupting the cutting. When finally my turn arrived, I told the guy I wanted them not too short. It was the shortest cut I have had in my life. When I got home my wife told me that she did not like the way they cut my hair. When I saw my daughter, the next day, she looked at my hair and she said that they did not do a good job, pointing out the "holes" in my hairdo. I may add more, but I prefer to stop here.
