   Didn’t trust them to understand the size I wanted and therefore showed 2 photos of the length I wanted in order to get it right as my previous cut was too short. Trusted them a final time and it was once again too short. Now have to wait a month to style it the way I intended them to help me do. Don’t go here if u want something done with medium/long hair.
