Just a good place to get your hair done, love the people who work there, they put care into every customer interaction, but also the vibe is always great! And they do a fantastic job! Been going here for 4 years now, never had an issue, this place is fab ❤️
Love this place. Moved to Higham a few months ago and was lucky to find this Barbers. Never a dull moment, will always try and fit you in and well worth the money. * * * * *
Great friendly service, always go out of their way to fit me in. Great stylists at reasonable prices. Also cut my 18 month old sons hair.
Waited 1 hour 20 mins and ended up leaving! It was a Thursday lunchtime and there were four people in front of me when I arrived. There were only two members of staff cutting hair initially and then one decided to go on lunch leaving just one member of staff cutting hair at a peak time! Yes they seemed thorough as others have mentioned but waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes and still having one person ahead of me in the queue is unacceptable. The parking outside is only for 30 minutes which is also a pain. I've now gone elsewhere where I was seen within 10 minutes. Very disappointed considering the other reviews of this place.
I agree with all the other comments as regards the quality of service and friendly staff, however I've just wasted an hour of my life waiting on a Tuesday afternoon. I must confess that I've just walked with no haircut as the surprise customer arrived with the booking and bumped my wait time up to possibly another hour. Yes you can book but this privelidge is 33% extra. I think that was my last shot... from now on Headlines.
Consistently great service from all the stylists. Compared with all other hairdressers offering a walk-in service this is the best. There is no sense of just being another customer who should be dealt with as quickly as possible. I know that the same care and attention will be spent on me as on those that are in the chairs whilst I'm waiting. For those that prefer not to wait the appointment service offers the same great service for a small fee.
