   Poor service. Tried to walk in for appointment (as their flyer says they accept) but they were busy which is fair enough. So I made an appointment for the following Friday at 4pm for my son. Arrived at 3.55pm to find the stylist just seating another client. No acknowledgement when we arrived so we waited. 40 minutes later still nothing. So we grabbed our coats to leave. Stylist then acknowledged our appointment and said she was running late. She said it was a shame we couldn't come at another time as per a call to me from the manager earlier? What call? No-one rang to advise me. Had to leave as my son had football. She offered to stay and cut after at 7.30pm but that was too late. I rang the managers mobile later that evening and left a voicemail explaining the situation and that I was disappointed with what had happened. I wanted to give the salon the opportunity to rectify the situation. 4 days later and nothing, still no call. They clearly don't value customers. I only went here on a recommendation from another friend. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.

   Poor services. They’ve no value for your time. Booking appointment is a nightmare. I waited two weeks to book an appointment and then I had to go to the shop in person to book an appointment with Shelly. I arrived on the exact time of the appointment but was busy with another customer. I waited for 40 minutes she didn’t even bother to appreciate that I was awaiting my appointment. Finally I had to come back without a haircut. Wasted my time and frustrated.

   Fabulous haircut as always from Shelley. She never ceases to amaze me with her talent and flair. And a massive thank you to her for rescuing me after I stupidly decided to colour my hair on top of a dark colour when I should have known that it wouldnt work. The difference she's made has amazed me and made me feel a million dollars. Can't recommend her highly enough.

   Can not recommend Louis highly enough!the care and attention to detail he gives is amazing, my hair always looks and feels amazing when he has worked his magic. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair The rest of the team in the barbers are also all lovely, and there is a warm and friendly atmosphere

   Absolutely loved my hair by Luis, and his attention to detail doing my highlights was amazing, such good result. He used different tones of blond and foils. Luis is very talented particularly with colour. Although this is a barbers he also does ladies hair, and the salon was super fresh and clean. Highly recommend.

   We came in today, for my sons haircut, with Louis. We have used Louis for over four years, and once again, my son was more than happy with his cut. The Barbers was clean , tidy, light and airy. The cleaning products were all visible to see, above each cutting station. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Special mention to the young lad that was busy tidying and cleaning all the work stations, he was doing a great job. We will be back, thank you.
