   I’ve been taking my two boys to The Barbers Shop for at least two years, usually after school, and we’ve always been satisfied with the barbers at chairs 2, 3, and 4. Unfortunately, tonight was a completely different experience. We arrived at 4:30 PM and there was only one lady working, at the first chair by the entrance. I asked for a low fade for both boys and even showed a photo. Right from the start she apologized, saying it wouldn’t look like the picture because the boys have lighter hair. After finishing the first haircut, I asked if she could clean up the base with a zero guard, but she insisted she had already done it and that this is just how it looks on his hair. The second haircut turned out slightly better, but nowhere near what I had requested. Both boys left disappointed. Because of this, I had to look for another barber immediately and found Legends Turkish Barber, where we all left genuinely satisfied. Unfortunately, tonight I ended up paying for four haircuts instead of two.

   Absolutely awful experience. The stylist completely butchered my hairline — didn’t bother asking how I wanted it done, just went at it. I was so upset when I got home I honestly cried. On top of that, she reeked of cigarettes, which made the whole experience even more unpleasant. I had planned on getting my beard done too, but after seeing what she did to my hair, I just wanted to get out of there. Terrible service, no professionalism, and zero care for the customer. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
