    Coastway vets are our regular vets and we have always had good service. On this occasion I got there 15mins early so was able to be seen early as well. The vet who is newly graduated was polite, friendly, thorough, confident and efficient. I had quite a few questions re my dog but she took her time listening to and answering my questions and I never felt rushed. She also had a very good gentle manner when handling my nervous dog which I think kept her calm. The reception staff were also friendly, cheerful and helpful which is what we have come to expect. I can’t comment on prices because we’ve been with coast way for a while so I’ve nothing got compare them with.

    I had my first visit at the Telscombe branch of Coastway vets with my cat Iris. First impressions are good, everyone I spoke to was friendly, accommodating, and attentive, and answered all my questions. Pet plan seems very good value for money, but hopefully I don’t need to use the additional discounts to surgery!

    Have used various coastway Vets for many years now and have always received great service and care. Currently using Telscombe for my elderly cat and they are very caring. Never pushy with any extras or recommendations they have. The pet plan is also very helpful with costs etc.

    I am so pleased I made the decision to move my dog to Coastway Vets. They have been so helpful, informative and sympathetic to our little dog. For the first time in years I feel like we have found a veterinary practice that are genuinely looking out for our pets best interests and not just trying to get money out of us.

    Superb caring practice. Jeremy is a wonderful vet, who soothed my nerves when I brought my little chihuahua in to be spade this week. Lovely atmosphere, and very apparent how much they care about the animals.Fresh Field Way Coastways in Brighton could learn a lot from them. I am considering always using telescombe clinic now, the complete opposite of the rigid, business like manner of my more local coastways practice. Thank you Jeremy and to all the staff!!
