   Can't recommend this Pharmacy enough. I booked a travel vaccination appointment the day before I went. On the day I was greeted by friendly staff and had a simple, yet thorough consultation on what vaccines were recommended. For someone who has never needed vaccinations for travel, I felt a bit confused when searching for information myself and the lovely pharmacist (sorry I don't know your name) led me through everything personalised to my trip. He also gave me advice post-travel which was really helpful. Thanks so much!

   We booked on line for the travel clinic on a Monday, got a next morning appointment, with confirmation email. 4 of us received great advice on what vaccinations we would need for travelling in South East Asia. We received all our vaccines within 30 minutes, together with report cards. The chap administering the vaccinations was very thorough in his recommendations and gave us lots of travel safety tops too, he was very patient with us all and made the whole experience pleasant. The Pharmacy is easy to find - it's basically at the back of the Grand Hotel.

   I visited Grand Pharmacy on the 19th August just after 9am and had a very bad experience - I am not well and at times my speech is slurred - when I asked for something the person just said in a harsh voice there!!! her whole attitude to me was very rude and it affected me badly and still does. There was no please or thank you etc.

   Well… looking at the previous reviews… I can only assume that I visited on an “off” day or there was a different pharmacist on duty! Yesterday I went to use the “online consultancy” that they offer on their website for my 82 year old father who had been taken unwell.. only to be told in an extremely offhand manor by the pharmacist that it was not set up yet and to call 111 as she walked off… even though I was still trying to speak to her. Unacceptably rude and unhelpful!!! Fortunately I found far more professional help at the Tesco superstore… who recommended an online service called Livi who carried out a superb consultation for my father. Will certainly not be recommending or returning to this pharmacy.
