Originally called up a few days ago for some service history was told to call up after 3 sometime fair enough. Called up today was greeted by a very unhelpful lady on the phone who said she could not help when all I wanted to know if the car i bought had any services at the same time as its yearly mots that it's had from this garage then to ask me for the previous owners name and details when she couldn't tell me anything due to gdpr i found this very weird? And when I told the name I was apparently a liar at this point I gave up and said I didn't need it and she was very unprofessional yelling down the phone line "I'm not listening, I'm not listening" very unprofessional to behave in a childish manner on a business line.
