Without a shadow of a doubt - The WORST haircut I've ever had. You know it's all gone wrong when you end up having two guys cut your hair and then they offer it for free! If you value your hair....look elsewhere!

I had a really disappointing experience at this barber shop today 30 July 2025. I went there to get my son’s hair cut and ended up waiting 40 minutes while the barber was finishing with another customer. That part was understandable — I get that walk-ins may have to wait. However, once he was finally done, he told me he couldn’t cut my son’s hair because he’s a child and might move, and that his colleague who usually cuts kids’ hair wasn’t in that day. He suggested I come back tomorrow. If I had been told that upfront, I wouldn’t have waited around for 40 minutes with a child. It felt like a complete waste of time. Clear communication would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
Boom! Northampton gets a new fresh shop with such wonderful customer service and value for money! Highly recommended! The head barber amine such a friendly and gentle person and nice and fine eye for detail and amazing haircut! Definitely going there everytime I need a fresh trim! 5⭐️
