First visit with my new kitten. Easy to find, easy parking (wide spaces) and easy, relaxed atmosphere. 1st vaccination done and nails clipped with0 fuss and 0 stress for both hooman and his furry overlord.

Took our elderly cat for a check up as we’ve recently moved here, was impressed they had dedicated waiting areas for cats and dogs and other small animals. The examination of our cat was completed smoothly with our cat not being stressed, in fact she was quite chilled until the injections and even those were acceptable with minimal fuss. Overall I think our cat will not mind revisiting when required.

Was 5 star for long period but Shoreham Branch certainly gone downhill. Lack of communication on what's taking place, the charges, not reporting tests. Just get an email stating you owe money. No invoice or explanation and not given when getting advice on pet. Issued with tablets pre surgery knowing makes most dogs sick when could use alternative. Happy to keep. Hanging meds and charging. Over 2 weeks for a result not communicated. 3 calls today to the practice and all paid up, no results still

The vets are very thorough, on examining my dogs. They are kind and gentle to the animals, which reassures me when my dogs are particulaly nervous. They take time to explain their diagnosis and treatment to us [ the humans]. The nurses and reception staff are also great. Always helpful and knowledgeable.

We've been with these vets for about 9 years now and I have always had good service from them. All the vets we have seen over the years have been absolutely lovely. Our most recent visits we have seen Sarah who is relatively new to the practice, she was amazing with our new puppy and also managed to handle our grumpy old cat with care and confidence on another visit. The receptionists and nurses are all really helpful and friendly.

My longhaired moggy as very matted in places. Both nurses worked quickly to reduce any stress to my cat and successfully cut out all the large matted areas without having to sedate so the bill was a lot less than I was expecting! Result
