First time visiting with my budgie who was not registered. We saw Emily who was so caring and extremely polite. She was extremely thorough and explained everything so well. Instantly put me at ease. Thank you to Emily and the rest of the team!

St Anne’s have wonderful staff and vets but the cost of treatments and visits are outrageous. I’ve paid over £10 for 7 small paracetamol, that weren’t actually needed. It is added on to the bill automatically. The prices of treatment have tripled in the 9 years that I have had dogs and made the process so frightening when they are poorly even if you are insured. 600 to 900 for a teeth clean! The industry needs to be regulated. Pets being anaesthetised because treatment is so expensive.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone at St Anne’s Veterinary for the care and attention they gave our cat, Tilly, following an altercation with another cat. From the moment we arrived, the team were professional, friendly, and highly proficient. The vet and nurse were both reassuring and thorough, explaining everything clearly and making sure Tilly was as comfortable as possible throughout. The staff at reception were equally kind and welcoming, helping to make a stressful situation much easier to manage. Thank you all for your excellent care and compassion — we couldn’t have asked for better support for Tilly.

The team are all lovely. They always smile at us and Jasmine (our beautiful Sheltie). We are all treated very well. 'Vets' us not a scary word to Jasmine. I really enjoy myself too!

We have moved to polegate from Hastings and chose this vets purely on recommendation. We have 3 pets and cookie this yorkie is our oldest. She's 15 years old and starting to get poorly. This veterinary practice greets you on the phone with a cheerful and happy manner. When you visit the practice all the staff are so sweet, they are kind, caring, considerate, full of smiles and really make you and your pets feel welcome. I've seen 2 different vets now and both were really thorough and very informative. You don't feel rushed or like you have no idea what they are talking about. They really take the time to explain and put your mind at ease. I could not recommend them enough. We are going back on Wednesday for another procedure for our little cookie, and I feel totally at ease knowing she will be looked after properly.

I've used St Anne's for at least 15 years and have always been very happy with their service, as have my pets! Everyone is very kind, caring and helpful and I would have no issue recommending them to any pet owner.

The Vets & staff are generally very cooperative & receptive at the practices, however in the past 4 years annual health check/booster fees have ,to say the least, been a bit over the top specifically which in my case the visit doesn't last for more than an av 15-20mins, with my reasonably healthy cat. Example:2018 £37.75 2019 £39.95 +5.8% 2020 £46.72 +17% 2021 £44.95 - 3.8% 2022 £52.60 +17%!! An average of +9%p/a is way above the average UK inflationary rates (on average) during those years (apart from just recently this month this year),so this is not going down too well with me as a loyal client over the last 9 years! If this increases again at this rate in 2023, I may sadly have to look elsewhere to another practice with my private insurance (which incidentally cost me & my insurance company well over £1000 last year), for 2 dislocated toes, of which only one was apparently repositioned properly with the other with reluctance to proceed any further, apparently due to the delicacy of a further operation.
