   Everyone at perfect nails are very friendly and always provide a great service. I have been going to perfect nails for nearly 3 years now this is the nail salon I will go to. I love that they give you loyalty card and they sometimes also give you discount vouchers just for coming in (such as Christmas) I love getting intricate designs and they always get them just how I like them, even if I want to be difficult and change it up a little.

   Do not go to this nail salon. The man who was doing my nails had his head in the air. He was cutting my nail cuticle whislt looking elsewhere. He cut deep into my cuticle and it caused significant bleeding. This happened at 2pm today it is now 19:15 and I am still bleeding! Also they don't serialise their tools I'm worried I will get an infection now.

   I have been coming here for 10+ years to get my nails done and everyone is so kind and friendly. I’m always happy with my nails and the staff make sure they check with me throughout if I want anything changing. Thank you for taking such good care of me and making me feel so welcome :)

   Lovely staff are always willing to communicate any issues and appreciate when you tell them any issues with shape or colour asap rather than waiting for the final product to say something, loved my acrylic set! Haven’t had any issues so far so would defo recommend! Xx (excuse the picture being taken in the bath lol)

   My absolute favourite place to get my nails done in Bedford. Lee never fails when it comes to bringing my vision to life. Honestly wouldn't go to anyone else and I love my nails every time! Very professional environment and the rest of the staff are always welcoming and will offer you some tea, water or coffee while you wait. 10/10 from me!
