   I had gel acrylic applied at this salon on my toes as well , and shortly after removal I noticed this dark discoloration under both big toenails( same happen before with them ). I had no pain or injury, so this appears to be caused by improper application or materials . The stains have lasted over a month and do not come off, which shows poor technique and lack of care. This experience was stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend this salon for nail services

   New to Bedford and tried another shop in town which was horrible the quality of nail was gross! Came to get them fixed and I am not disappointed! Amazing service and even better product! Thanks again Update *4th time using this nail shop! So very happy with the service they’re all so great!

   I have been going to Jessica nails for years now, the service is always excellent, the staff are friendly and take great care, my extensions are always perfect and last for weeks no chipping. If anyone asks about nails in Bedford I always highly recommend them - try them out you won’t be disappointed! ☺️

   First time visiting Jessica’s nails. Was a great experience and will definitely be returning. The nail salon was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. They have a great range of polishes and affordable services. I got a refill with cat eye style polish for £32 which is a great price. The gentleman who did my nails, did them expertly. Although I have only visited once, i would highly recommend this nail salon.

   I wanted to compare Jessica Nails and London Nails so I got my nails done at both places. Both places are really good, but if I had to choose, I would go with Jessica Nails. The owner is a lot more interactive with the clients and for me, it is an added benefit. Jessica Nails produces work of a very high standard and customers are generally satisfied. Everything nails, they do it and they do it well!

   Excellent service and attention to detail. A really clean salon with a nice atmosphere. They did not hurry or harm my nails when I had my nails removed. I also had a perfect long nails design done by a lovely man. I highly suggest it!

   For anyone who likes to follow the trend, I highly recommend Jessica nails. Since the team here is knowledgeable and fast-updating, you can get your nails done beautifully at an affordable price. Not only that, you can get a loyalty card with many promotions. Students or those who are under 18 will get 10% off when coming to Jessica nails salon. I think it is worth a try.

   I had a nail appointment on Monday 29th November for a pedicure. This was all done fine, I asked the lady who had done my pedicure if I could have the tips of my nails re-painted (as the previous week I had gone in to get the tips repainted as they had already started chipping after four days). The same lady who had done my pedicure was the same person who repainted the tips of my nails for me the previous week. After my pedicure, I went upstairs and the same lady who had just done my pedicure had told the man at the shop that I wanted the tips of my nails to be repainted. His attitude went from 0-100 so quickly, all I wanted was to get the TIPS OF MY NAILS REPAINTED, as it was my partners birthday this week so I wanted my nails to look presentable. This man (the son of the owner of Jessica’s nails) is there trying to argue with me, and say that they can’t paint the tips of my nails because there’s already a top coat on top of my nails. So he said if I wanted it done, it would cost £15 as they’d have to do my nails all over again. I told him I wasn’t prepared to pay £15 for something I could do myself, he told me if I don’t pay he’s not doing it. Bearing in mind, I had already paid £34 for these nails. The same lady who had done my pedicure went mute (all of a sudden she got so scared to say something almost like she was scared of this man). As I mentioned above, the previous week I had gotten the tips repainted over the top coat. They just couldn’t be arsed to do it. When you’re spending your hard earned money, customer service goes a long way! I found this man to be incredibly hostile, aggressive and rude. Reading the reviews it’s the same man that everyone is talking about. He enjoys intimidating and degrading women. He’s not patient at all, he has anger issues. Clearly he brings personal issues into the work place, because the way I was treated I’ll never go back to that shop again. Considering I’m a loyal customer who has been going to Jessica nails for months now, just to be told I would have to pay £15 extra to repaint the tips. I was really disappointed! I ended up paying for my toes and leaving, as I was the only customer in the shop and god knows what would’ve happened if I had stuck up to him. I’ve never experienced something like this before. Do not waste your money here.
