   I have been going quite consistently recently however I will be finding a new nail shop. Last time I went I had extensions on a couple of my nails from the time before which were peeling away from my nails, I asked for them to be removed and was told with the worst attitude no and that they would grow out. I did point out they were already coming away but apparently it was fine. They have since snapped and snapped my nails underneath off. The woman who did my nails was quite rude and seemed like she really didn’t want to be there. The quality of the manicure and pedicure was poor and my cuticles were an absolute mess when I left. It was a waste of £60. Shame really cos when the man that works there did my nails they were perfect.

   Maybe I'm being unfair as I never got my nails done I just made an enquiry but when a customer walks in the door they should feel welcomed unless there is an emergency. I didn't feel a warm welcome. Maybe use this as constructive criticism because it will cost you money if you lose customers.

   Fab nail salon, they recently helped me out over the festive season when my nail technician had to cancel my appointments due to a family emergency. Mae in particular is a very friendly & an excellent nail technician.

   Not friendly the guy is rubbish and hurt my skin on the bottom of nail and hurt my niece 2 quality of nails were terrible and chip with in a week of having them done

   Amazing nails!! They did an ombré gel on acrylic and it looked so so good!!! The owner is such a friendly guy and was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. The place was very clean, nice interior and I’m just stoked about my nails.
