   Big thank you to Claudia who did an amazing job on my nails. It was my first time getting Acrylics done, so I was quite nervous but it was so fun and relaxing. It didn't hurt at all and there was a wide range of colours to choose from, so I was able to pick the perfect sky blue. The salon has wonderful welcoming atmosphere, highly recommended.

   I have been going to GetNailed for over 5 years now. The girls are all very welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I always ask what they recommend if I cannot make my mind up. I’ve always loved my manicures, pedicures and eyebrows being done and definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else. They all are very hard working team and I love all the work they do. Thanks Girls x

All of the ladies are so lovely and accommodating, and I know that no matter what idea I have or what picture I show them, that they’re able to create something amazing for me!

   My first set of gel tip overlays. Looked lovely when I first had them done. I was told that they would last three to four weeks, and my follow up appointment was booked for mid January. Not even a week later and four nails have fallen off and the rest look grubby. Very disappointed ☹️ Hi Leigh, Thank you so much for your very nasty and immature response to my review of your business. Your response was blatantly horrible, attacking and blaming me. Did you know that the proper etiquette for responding to a negative review is as follows: 1. Respond quickly - you responded 2 months after I left you a review 2. Acknowledge the complaint 3. Apologise - I definitely didn't sense any apology, just blaming and shaming me!! 4. Suggest taking the conversation offline - instead you attacked me online!! 5. Take action to resolve the issue - you have my contact details. However, instead of practicing good customer service and giving me a courtesy call, you took this opportunity to get your back up, go into attack mode, act like a child, and treat me like I would never dream of treating someone. I am appalled by your poor customer service, online attack of me as a person and lack of values. I cannot imagine how your business is still going if this is the customer service that you provide. I wish you all the best and hope, for your sake, that you make some well needed changes when it comes to how you treat people and handle these types of situations because online slandering of a person's character is not going to get you very far!!!!
