I’ve been going to this salon for over 6 years. They take care of my natural nails and they can do any design I’ve shown them. They are very friendly and welcoming. Will always recommend!

Been going here for years! Always leave the salon absolutely loving my nails! They do such an amazing job and are always willing to try designs they have never done before. They have lovely staff who are always kind and helpful! Could not recommend this nail shop enough :)

A friend recommended Lisa’s nails a couple of years ago after I complained that my nails and gel kept chipping from where I was getting them done previously. I have to say i would recommend people to come here. Always helpful & have had no issues with my nails, they last longer than any other nail shops I have been to. I’ve not had designs personally but I’ve seen some designs they’ve done and I must say they’re absolutely beautiful and they take their time. The pedicures are amazing, they take time with your feet and always give a massage with it. I’ve never had issues with my gel chipping, nails breaking since coming to Lisa’s. The service they provide is 10/10 and all the staff are great. 100% would recommend to anyone!

On 2nd July 2024 my wife went to Lisa’s Nails for a manicure and pedicure as a walk in (no appointment, first time in the salon). She was attended to very quickly and ultimately paid £72 (£42 for the pedicure and £30 for the manicure). I am not sure how they worked out this total amount, because the price list given (picture attached) stated “shellac gel & pedicure” £38, “2 big toes” £8.00 - assuming this is nail art on the 2 big toes, which she did have. Then the “shellac gel & manicure” is £28, and “nail design” from £5.00. Now, she had the two middle fingers and the two thumbs with nail art design – so a total of four digits. As you can see from the photos attached, she had chrome nails (both hands and feet). Chrome effect is not on the price list as far as I can see. The reason why I am giving the salon three stars is because my wife had a blister on one of her feet and asked the nail technician to be careful, yet on two separate occasions the nail technician squeezed her foot precisely where the blister was as she was working through getting the dead skin off my wife’s feet. Yes, the nail technician apolgised but nonetheless that did not show much care being given to the client. So that is one star subtracted, the other I subtract because, today (22nd July 2024) – precisely 20 days after the polish was applied – it is already chipping, cracking and not looking good. As you can see from the photos the chrome effect in particular has peeled from the index fingers, and for over £70 I would expect the manicure to stay immaculate for at least 4 weeks. My wife will not be repeating her custom to Lisa’s Nails.

So it’s a basic nail salon, when I went in I was told it would be £38 for infills and French polish, I thought that was extreme. Went to pay the girl told be £30 but put my card through twice in a really scammy way they offer no receipt on card terminal and it really seemed intentional to say the price was so high then pretend to have to turn the card machine off and in after taking 1st payment. It felt like a scam attempt so be aware…..

Went too the shop was given a set price on instagram when I had contacted them, they then said a different price when I got there I said they had already gave me a set price they said I was lying I shown the proof, shown 3 people the design all was well half way the the man twist my hole arm up, puttin on the wrong tip 3 times the owner started arguing and screaming with her husband and started crying in the shop infront off customers then come over to me tried to take all my nails off and say they can’t do the design and I go else where very rude and unprofessional

Took a photo of required design. Did a nice job. Reasonable cost.

I went here because of all the good reviews. firstly the staff is not friendly at all. they speak in a very rude tone and when you ask for them to do something they just give you a dirty look. My nails are terrible, the acrylic on them is bumpy and weird and it barely looks like the picture. In the middle of my nails being done, the guy doing tjem just walked off, and i waited there for half an hour. DO NOT COME HERE!!
