   I don't usually post those types of reviews. I'd like to say that I'm very satisfied with the service today. This is the first time I've been to this place and I had to admit it was one of the best experiences. Each nail was has been focused on and the effects are stunning. Definitely one of the places I will definitely come back to. Would recommend

   I’ve only recently started going to five star nails upon recommendation from a friend. The first 2 times for the initial application and infill I had Ann do my nails, I can’t fault her at all, hence why I have put a review for 2 stars instead of one. She did my nails lovely and I can tell she has a real passion for her job. The same cannot be said for some of her employees. I went to get my biab nails removed and put on again (so that I could have a different shape), and the men in that salon had next to no idea how to operate the shop or what they were doing. The man who did my nails was the better of the three as he was the only one who even made any attempt to listen but still ruined my nails. I left the salon satisfied with the design but felt my nails were very thin and brittle .. despite the fact I went in for biab- meant to be a strong layer to help grow the nails!woe and behold not even 2 days after getting them done 2 of my nails have broken! you can see from the picture that my nails have not grown out at all which should tell you how fresh they were. I am so disappointed. After paying £55 for this set, which I believe is more than the price list but I did not dispute it because i understand the man doing my nails had a hard time doing the design, but in hindsight I should’ve done since he filed my nails and biab down so much they have broken. I worked hard to grow my nails out as well so I’m very disheartened this has happened. And that is not even the worst of the experience… my friend who was with me got acrylic with powder and specifically asked for ombre with powder and had expressed that she did not want airbrush because she didn’t like it when Ann had done it for her before. The man doing her nails did not listen at all. He went ahead and did a pink powder base and she has asked several times throughout the treatment wether he was going to do powder ombre like she had asked, and he said yes. Despite this he did not do a powder ombre and got the airbrush tool out, it took several minutes of her expressing she had specifically asked for this not to be done and other clients chipping in for him to file her nails down and redo the powdered ombre. In the progress of this he also injured my friend and made her bleed due to being too rough- with absolutely no apology! You should be listening to your clients especially when what they’re asking for is not a big thing at all. And thanks to that you gave unfortunately lost two clients. I feel very sorry for Ann to have these people working under her and bringing such a terrible reputation to five star nails. I regret paying as much as I did for the set as I will now have to find elsewhere to get my nails done and pay out even more.

   Love my nails very quick and simple. My only issue is that there was only one lady and she had a few customers on a Easter Monday holiday which is not okey I think it would be better to have two people at least who can do nails Bless her heart she did everything right and made sure the customers are happy with there’s nails the lady had to stay behind extra few hours to finish the last customer nails. It’s better to have two workers when it comes to bank holidays or any other holidays when shops supposed to close earlier

   Walked in this morning and was attended to. I was the only person in the store ( not complaining). The price list on the wall needs to be changed other than that, I had a good experience. The lady doing my acrylics was nice and took her time. She kept checking with me if I was happy with the shape and length. I would definitely go again.

   Amazing service. My only issue was the painting of my acrylics. I do believe it was a new employee so I was grateful when they only took 20£ of me instead of 25£. Again, it was wonderful customer service, they were very friendly and talkative. I will come back here soon because they hardly ever fail to give me a satisfactory outcome.

   Awful not worth your money or time ! I really do not recommend you go to this salon.they rush your nails. I had to keep asking for them to correct the mistakes as they rushed me out the chair. You have about 5 different ppl doing your nails they just all keep swapping seats and then they don’t even know what they doing. I left with sore, bent ,uneven nails. So not use ur money in places like that. Useless

   Got these done YESTERDAY and TODAY all the shellac is coming off the nails. One nail has chipped already as you can see by the pictures. I am not happy as they refused to give me a refund knowing the live in London. Never again! Worst nail shop and customer service. Ps. They start your nails and move to another customer without finishing yours to keep you in the shop!

   I’ve been coming here for 9 years. Love it. Tonight was a very disappointing experience. Price gone up since my last infills, which was 3 weeks ago. The owner done my nails for the first time and kept trying to charge me £30 for infills. I paid that last time for a full set. The prices where totallly different to what was on there price list, which I was sat in front of. A girl walked in a got quoted £27,32 and £35 for a full set??? I ended up walking out with no colour on my nails because they were so rude about them wanting to go home. Don’t book me in if u finishing early. I have there loyalty scheme which says 7:30 closing time on, which I showed them. But no they want to finish at 6:30 half way through my nails. I won’t b back ago, such a shame used to be a lovely place.
