   Star Nails is the best nail salon in Bedford.It has a very relaxed and welcoming feel to it. All the Nail Techs are so professional, thorough and absolute perfectionists. Also super patient with me when I am deciding between colours. I am so glad I found them in January this year after feeling uncomfortable in another salon. Thank you for always doing a fantastic job and making me feel welcome ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   My nails are always a reasonable price (I usually pay around £30 every 3 weeks. My nails usually range from simple to moderately hard designs, and 9 times out of 10 they pull it out the bag! (We're all human and make mistakes!). There is a bit of a language barrier at times, just make sure you are prepared to show the staff photos of what sort of design you're after and which colour. They are good at nail art too! Really do recommend.

   Because this salon was so local I wanted to try them despite reviews and I’m so pleased I did. Huge nail design choice and they are happy to customise. Service was efficient and the technician was very polite and considerate. Left feeling refreshed from the leg and foot massage, with cute gel nails that have lasted 5 weeks. Just booking another appointment now. And booked my husband a pedicure too.

   I starting going to the star nail bar as it was close to home. Gel polish always looked good. Then I had to have the polish removed for a hospital appointment and I notice how thin my nails were and how they had lost all their smooth surface and seem to be very uneven. due to them removing the gel polish with the electric nail file. Totally ruined my nails . Won't be going back.

   I called and made a booking for my granddaughter to have acrylic nails. The appointment was for 12 but at 1:15 she had still not been started. It seems that if you’re young, you can be ignored, even though she was paying for her own nails. My granddaughter said that people were coming into the salon after her and were being helped first. Absolutely atrocious business ethics

   Fairly new to this area and not a huge fan of driving into the town centre and parking etc. I also went to another one in Kempston and my acrylics snapped after a few days so this is the best local one I've found. It's convenient for free parking next to Tesco that has an ATM, as I don't usually use cash. Staff quiet but I'd rather just have time to unwind rather than talk anyway. Been a few times and never had to book an appointment, just walk in. £27 for infill (gel) isn't the cheapest but convenient, good job and fast - exactly what I need.

   This is how they left my nails , they didn’t know what they were doing , one woman was extremely rough with me , she kept pulling my arm and hand . She also made me feel intimidated and uncomfortable. WONT EVER GO BACK !! Also I was definitely over charged !!
