Seen quickly as there are about 8 nail techs working, staff were friendly and polite. Came out with a great repair to one of my nails that had snapped and a full manicure. Very happy with my nails.

Their service is so bad. They did my nails but within a week the polish was peeling off the tips of my nails. I went back in and complained then they redid them again but still the nail polish is peeling off after just a week. I’m super disappointed after I paid a whooping £37 for them nails. I wouldn’t recommend them at all!
Wanting to look pretty on my holiday, it's a treat for me as I otherwise can't deal with them when I'm working, this was my 2nd visit to get my nails done, hand and feet in the same colour, same as last time, love them, the staff is very friendly and you don't need an appointment, prices very reasonable

I decided to give this salon a try, the wait was not long overall waited around 15minutes. However the manicure itself was a disaster. My nails are all different sizes and the gel polish is not put on properly. I did not enjoy my experience and will not be coming back or recommending to any of my friends.
Very professional, clean and friendly. This was my first visit to have my eyebrows & lashes tinted. Patch test was done a couple of before hand. I have made further appointments

Decided to give this salon a try. It's a walk-in salon, no advance booking required but I have waited about 15mins before a pedicurist became available. I was then ask to soak my feet in and choose the colour i would like from the swatches. I chose two different colours and asked the pedicurist to try it on my nails just to see which one i would prefer more. However, both colours didn't suit me so i have asked for the swatches back to choose another colour. Whilst the pedicurist started scrubbing my feet, she was speaking in Vietnamese (i have asked her at the beginning where she was from) to her colleague. Few minutes after, an older colleague of hers came up to me and said i cannot keep trying the polish and have to decide from the swatches alone. She also said that the price on their board does not include polish and it will be £5 on top for the polish. I felt she's quite rude with her approach and not being able to choose the colour that I would prefer put me off already. The whole pedicure took less than half an hour all in all. It isn't only the rudeness of the staff - speaking in another language in front of me, but the pedicurist herself didn't do a good job. I tried to tell her that my toe nails are not of same length and shape and she just continued and ignored me completely. I then cancelled the manicure and left. Terrible experience!!
