   I would never go anywhere else, best sunbeds. The staff are amazing and make you feel at ease as soon as you walk in, they give demonstrations to those who are new to sunbeds and I also come here for my beauty treatments with Nadia. I love coming in to the shop x

   Loved the place, the girls there are so friendly and 100% know there stuff. I usually have my eye brows waxed and tinted here. The colour match was spot on and they perfected the shape/thickness that i asked for with ease. Will be going back well worth the vist

   Been a member for well over 2 years and when approached the owner's wife voicing concerns how I was treated was told to f* off twice over the phone by the owner. Went in in a happy mood came out in a bad mood. Avoid at all costs. Not holding out much hope for a refund of my unused 2 hours of minutes. Having to update this review after the owners response which you can clearly tell what he really thinks of his customers. Yes I was given a refund but had to wait a few weeks while the owner got a new cheque book, so there is the first untruth. I went in the shop in a good mood I went to put my finger on the finger print and was being barked at not now not now constantly even though I was not doing anything. I've always felt there was a fake atmosphere there and now its confirmed. I then said great customer service sarcastically and while I was on the sunbed the wife then phoned her husband. I then asked for a refund without any swearing and yes I was frustrated how I was being spoke down to but did not swear, the wife then passed the phone over to the husband who then was very aggressive and told me to f* off twice. I gave her the phone back and called him a d*head then left. I think you are the sad man here, treating your customers this way and even in your response people can tell you're a bully . I'm not scared of you if you want to tell me to f* off to my face you know where I live. The owner thinks because he goes to the gym he can bully people and if I dare to leave an honest review which puts down the customer service at his business he'll sort it out! Awful business owner. People can make their own choice but my honest review stands!

   It's so lovely and clean, staff are so helpful. And the 'RED' bed helps my psriosis so much! Only issue I find is parking as it can amount to paying a fair amount on the sly. But that's not their issue so haven't marked any stars down. THANK YOU!,

   My experience of Tanners Lane has been very positive. I only use the tanning beds periodically, the other beauty services I'm unable to comment on. An initial mistake made by the staff when I purchased my minutes was quickly rectified by the owner (Wayne). The staff are always attentive and polite, the tanning beds are always clean with plenty of room to change and sufficient beds so there is never a need to wait. Nice touches like complimentary deodorant, chairs to put your clothes on and overall general cleanliness. I question the validity of some of the negative reviews, this tanning salon far surpasses any others currently available in Kettering. Norton (customer for 12+ months)

   Really lovely salon and lovely people, great service however my nails are now destroyed. I have brittle nails and had been using shellac in Leicester which made them strong again. Usually, my shellac would be soaked and scraped off but I've never been anywhere where they file the entire gel off, so now my nails are ever so weak again. If your nails are strong then this will probably be a good place to go but if your nails are weak and brittle like mine I wouldn't recommend it.
