   Went in to get my nails done for a second time, first time I had my Nails done they turned out a bit naff, the nails had been wonky and the customer service was awful… gave them the benefit of the doubt for a second time (shame on me) the nails again were wonky, i said they were wonky and the man doing my nails didn’t seem to care and carried on, he was also quite rough. Fast forward the end result the nails just look awfully done and still wonky definitely avoid if you want false nails.

   I’ve never felt so rushed whilst having my nails done. I had an appointment they were running 25 minutes late for, then the gel book was handed to the woman who came in after me. The lady doing my nails was then annoyed I was unsure what colour to get! I found them so rude and I felt so rushed. The nails were done in a rush and are awful. Will not return.

   Really not happy about the customer service. I rang a day prior and “booked” an appointment for the next day… I got in early for my appointment and they didn’t even book me in, then they tell me it’s going to be a 20 minute wait (I had already been waiting there for 15 minutes). That’s 35 minutes they wanted me to wait after forgetting to even write me in there appointment book. Poor service. I am a hairdresser (same industry) I would never make a client wait 35 minutes after failing to book them in properly. It’s just bad organisation and manners.

   Have used Wendy’s for about 9 years. Have always been fabulous and never had an issue. However there have been some staff changes recently and unfortunately I won’t be returning. The same man has done my nails for the past 3 visits and there has been an issue every time. From using the wrong size extension making a gap between my own nail and the false, extensions being put on wonky and the finish polish being messy and using too much top coat making my nails bumpy. Again I’ve been left disappointed today. I can normally make my gel nails last 3/4 weeks but I’m lucky if they last 2 because they begin to lift and chip.

   I will never ever use this place again, I am absolutely shocked at how bad my pedicure is, I only had it done today and some of the nails are not even covered in nail polish, no foot cream used, he took literally 20 mins to do it charged £27 and I could of done a far better job at home myself. Not happy. Do not use Wendy's nails people
