   it’s absolutely lovely in here was in and sat down within a minute and offered free drinks by the staff the women doing my nails was lovely and did my nails even better then expected and i love them would 1000% come here again

   They are good any design, showed them a picture, and they did it even better. Took them an hour to do a full set of acrylic nails. My nails look great. They also offered a free drink, hot or cold.

   I came in for a full set of gel tips on both hands and feet. The woman who did my toes left both big toes visibly uneven. I politely asked for them to be redone and offered to pay extra, which the man assisting me agreed to. However, the woman returned and became rude and confrontational in front of other customers—questioning why I didn’t say anything sooner, even though I was moved straight to another seat for my hands before I had the chance. Despite me saying several times that I just wanted to pay and leave, they kept pressuring me to stay. I paid anyway—not because the service was worth it, but because I didn’t want them twisting the story. The whole environment felt passive-aggressive and unprofessional. While I’m not a Black woman, I’ve witnessed how differently they treat Black customers—asking them to pay upfront (something they don’t do to others) and speaking to them with clear microaggressions. It’s uncomfortable to watch, and worse to experience. Honestly, don’t waste your time here. The free drink is not worth the disrespect. Head to Bletchley Nails down the road instead—far better service and a much kinder atmosphere.

   Always do amazing nails at galaxy nails! Any design you ask for they smash it! The owner did my nails and they’re the best set I’ve had, I’ve had them done by Vicky and other members to and they’re all brilliant! Always leave happy, you get offered a drink to which is great as many salons don’t offer this so it’s a nice touch! Very accommodating and friendly deffo recommend!

   Horrific experience. Paid £50 for a set of nails (no removal, just a set of acrylics) they started lifting within a week and the owner refused to fix it. The way he spoke to me in front of my child and shop full of people was disgusting and he did the same when I was in the shop the week before. He needs a personality transplant. Within 5 mins of me being in the shop to ask for the repair, I witnessed him do the same to another lady getting her nails done. You charge extortionately and treat people like dirt. Avoid at all costs.

   Have been coming here for a few months now. Good prices, the place is clean, they offer you a free drink, the staff are friendly and are gentle with your nails/hands, not rushing and an overall relaxing/calm experience compared to some nail bars

   I wish I could run a poll to know what others think about these nails, maybe I'm misjudging. Would you believe if I told you they are just about 24 hours old? WITH ALL THAT SPACE AND POLISH MISSING BETWEEN THE ACRYLIC AND THE BACK OF MY NAILS. The salon was nice, cool experience overall. My only issue was being gaslit into believing the space(s) showing there were normal and for the protection of my skin. I'm not a baby in the nail game, but I didn't have the strength to argue. It was my 1st time there and I only noticed at the end of the session. But an apology should have been tendered instead of the lie I was told. This is how much space comes up when my other nails are about 2 to 3 weeks old, but this is what I left the nail salon with yesterday. I paid full price and everything. I likely won't be going back. Pls do better. I hate that I even have to write this.

   I didn't have much time to do my nails,just 1 hour because i needed to pick up my son from school and they squeezed me in and were extremely fast on doing my nails. Love my nails. Exactly the same as in the photo i have shown them to do.
