   DONT GO HERE LOYALTY MEANS NOTHING TO THEM! So ive been going here since I moved here in 2021 and for the past few years I have particularly asked for Lay as she always does a superb job and is very particular. I went in this week to have usual infills gel polish but I couldnt find the colour I wanted and some on the samples do not match the actual colour polish so the 1st colour I asked to be removed...willing to pay for the change and DID! It was a monday and dead quiet not like there was a queue of people waiting? Apparently if you dont know your colour your on a timer! So eventually chose a colour but its too barbie pink and I dont feel comfortable with it. So I lived with it a few days then rang to rebook AGAIN WILLING TO PAY ANOTHER £43 on top of the £31.50 I willingly paid for! I then got a call from them to say Lay would not do my nails anymore as I was too indecisive THIS 1 TIME because Im nervous of a special event??? How awful customer service is that? and loss of my future monthly payments UNBELIEVABLE and RUDE!!!! I guess time is money to these salon owners.....very very disappointed and shocked to be treated like this. Good luck anyone who steps foot in nails 2005 from now on.

   Won't be going there again. I went to get my holiday nails done here and I thought I would leave happy instead I was really upset. I payed an extra £20 to get Hawaian flowers drawn instead I got basic flowers. And it was not at all simular to what I wanted. Additionally they are really agressive when painting and doing nails

   I've probably given them too many chances, purely out of convenience but to he honest, this place is awful. Not friendly at all, everything feels rushed even when you have an appointment. To the point where you feel pressured to say everything is OK, until you get to the car park, look at you nails and decide they look fine as long as you don't look too closely. So I stopped the extensions and opted for just a gel colour on my natural nails and even then, I walk out with chipped nails, bubbles and messed up cuticles. Then I remembered they weren't doing me a favour, I was paying for a service and my honest review is this salon is not value for money. Would not recommend.

   I won’t be going back. Attention to detail is lacking due to rushing. I asked the lady to redo thumbnail as gel was very lumpy and uneven. She was not pleased to say the least. The cuticle edges are extremely untidy.

   I went into the salon today to have a full set of acrylic nails and gel polish on my toes. Staff were very friendly and I absolutely love my nails and toes. Very quick and good prices, I will definitely return.

   I had my nails done last Thursday laydy who was doing them was rude when I was looking on my nails she said to me that she knows what she's doing. My nail chipped Saturday she put only one layer of colours so my nails in day light looks like navy blue not blac.I'm disappointed of service and skills

   I had my nails done here 3pm Thursday, went back by 2pm Friday as one chipped, the guy was rude telling me I should have kept hand flat for them to dry properly.. always have nails done just not usually here. Saturday 6pm 4 other nails on two different hands chipped. Poor quality ...do not recommend complete waste of my time and money.

   I had a pedicure and enjoyed the experience. The technician made me feel comfortable was very professional and very friendly. She did a good job and my feet looked and felt really good. I recommend this business.
