Required an emergency vet appointment, after dog ate something potentially poisonous at the beach. Predictably my vet was closed and we required the emergency vet. It was super easy to contact them and we were seen immediately. Well, as soon as I could get there from the beach, so pretty quickly. In an out within an hour - v v expensive I hasten to add....*sigh*.....but the peace of mind makes up for it. Vet was super nice and reassuring. Excellent service, thank you. NB: Dog fully recovered....and will henceforth be muzzled at Eastbourne beach.

The attention was very good, thank you. The initial consultation fee is absolutely ridiculous and un realistic. I appreciate your work is based on insurance claims, hence this crazy fee, but we should not all be punished for not having insurance. This would make for a more satisfactory outcome rather than an exorbitant fee!

We had to use the out of hours emergency vets service for our dog. We were given an appointment straight away leaving us enough time to find the vets in an area we don't know. There was a clients car park, to take away that stress. We had a little wait, but when seen by the vet, she was friendly and professional, explaining her findings and next steps. The only downside was the price, and even though we are covered by insurance it was still expensive.

We had such a positive experience last night for something that was really stressful. Our dog got a grass seed stuck in his ear canal and Sharon and Jess along with the vet took care of Paddy so well. They explained everything and helped to keep everyone calm, including all of the other customers. I have a lot of respect for the job you do! X

Very supportive team, it is costly to visit, but considering, that these experts are up, overnight, working to take care of our injured pets and animals, you can't really put a price on that. My cat was monitored overnight on fluids, we were so worried about him, but the whole team were great and helped him to recover, providing a seamless transition for our vets when we transported him there in the morning. I'm pleased to have them so local to us, before it was about a 30 minute drive away.

My dog had what seemed to be a seizure, we took video evidence. Once she had recovered we phoned out of hours local vets11.30pm sat night. Told you should bring her even though now recovered. However £350 and literally 2mins later no examination just temperature taken we were told come back if it happens twice more not once but twice. I own horses and an equine vet visiting your horse out of hours costs around £250-£275 we had to drive to vets now. This isn’t care just our money making machine. The people were lovely but please rethink your policy this isn’t about care for animals in fact it’s the opposite! I adore my dog and would do anything for her but to not even examine her is ridiculous. The vet started saying what to do before we were in the room properly. ANIMAL CARE, please rethink your reasoning for such horrendous fees. Also poor advice we need not have visited unless it happened again.

Fantastic vet. Unfortunately our little dog had to put to sleep early this morning. The quality of care they gave allowed us to say goodbye in a lovely way. Our dog was very ill but the treatment and care they provided allowed us to say goodbye to the dog we knew and he wasnt in distress and passed peacefully. This will now be our go to vets for everything not just emergency's. Thank you to the staff much appreciated.

I can't praise this service and the people enough. The telephone service was great, efficient but caring. The vet, Davide was just brilliant, both with me and my cat. I think I was the most distressed of the two, but he managed us both amazingly and did a fabulous job with Sox. Honestly, just brilliant. I'm so glad I used this practice and would have no hesitation in doing so again.

Brilliant service with my naughty rabbit dobby!! They were so good with him and helped me with advice the next day too. I would not hesitate to go back at all x they are my emergency vets and I got there in 18 minutes from bexhill. Very impressed and they were super efficient. Many thanks !!
