Was kept updated with the process and findings, and was taken through the alignment procedure in great detail. Car was handled professionally and all staff involved were friendly, and professional.

   We have just had to make an impromptu stop at this Kwikfit. We had a slow puncture as we travelled from Blackpool down to the South West of the country with a child who has a sickness bug. Not only did they manage to get our tyre fixed within an hour but they were so kind! If we lived local they would definitely be our preferred garage!

   Visited here to have a tyre changed and whilst poorly attempting to remove my wheel, they rounded off my wheel nut, causing damage to the wheel and requiring me to pay an independent specialist £90 to rectify their mistakes. Despite two independent reports identifying Kwik Fit to be at fault for this, they refused to assist any further or compensate me for my loss. If you value your car or indeed your time, I’d suggest you go elsewhere.

   These guy's are great. Very professional and excellent service. They stayed open for an extra 15 mins for me to get my punctured tyre to them for repair. 15/10 guy's above and beyond. Totally recommend these guys all day long.

   I appreciated the work done by the employees there, but now I'm very disappointed, I had an appointment to change 4 tires and an employee ... who doesn't know what works at this company, it's a shame, he answers me (I don't know) times what I ask him he says (I don't know) I paid 630£ and the tires still haven't arrived and I had to install them on the car on December 19, I had to cancel my holiday because I couldn't leave by car
