Just had a winter check and i must admit, very very impressed. From the moment i walked in Mike behind the counter told me everything i needed to know, from how long the check will be to what is involved (indeph). I received a call to say it had been completed and when i arrived to pick up my keys he told me all the results (as well as them emailed). Very professional. Big thanks to Mike and the team. Will definitely be coming back.
Fantastic service from Paul and other mechanics. My car needed a lot of work and they handled everything quickly and professionally. The quality is outstanding — the car drives like new. Highly recommend!
Had my MOT done today. Paul rang me to let me know of any issues with my vehicle, advised what needed to be fixed and the cost to fix it. Confirmed with me that I was happy for the work to be done and had the car ready a couple of hours later. Always use this garage for any work needed to be done and never had any issues. Wonderful team.
Had my MOT booked for 1:30 and although it failed, the team had everything sorted and my car back with me by 5pm. The guys were super helpful, and really informative. Brilliant service, highly recommend!

Took my car for a Mot. The guys couldn’t have been more welcoming or more professional. Very clean office. Brought me a chair out of the back so I could relax and wait whilst they did the test. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
This is the second time we have used the Crewe branch the manager and staff are always so helpful. I needed a detailed quote for our Audi Q3 for some work which came to £800+ but was very competitive compared to other quotes. The work was carried out and we are happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this branch in particular!
The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. They will help you understand the problem and the next best steps/actions to take. They are quick but thorough and I've never had a bad experience with them. Especially Paul who has been extremely helpful than any other garage I've been to. I will definitely be using this garage as my main one from now on.
