    Always such a wonderful experience at A&A Nails. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with warm smiles and genuine friendliness. The staff are incredibly professional and clearly take pride in their work — they make sure you are comfortable and happy with every detail. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, with soft music and a clean, soothing environment that makes it easy to unwind. My nails turned out beautifully, and I really appreciated how attentive and patient the technicians were throughout the process. Thank you for always making me feel refreshed and pampered!

    I am repeatedly disappointed with this salon. I said never again about 3 months ago and I should have listened to myself. Booked 9am appointment only to wait till 9.35 for other walk ins. Messy work unless you get standard acrylics. I wanted Protein Treatment with Gel. I recieved builder gel and was told its the same. They do not listen to what you want and when a design is to complicated for them, they get you to change your mind. Attached are pics of what I wanted (lines) and what I got vs what I didn't want in the first place.....shocking.

    Thank you for your response, but unfortunately, it confirms my disappointment. When I arrived at the salon, I clearly mentioned that I had an appointment, yet nobody checked the system to verify the details of that booking. I was asked about nails, and I said I wanted my toe nails done—expecting a proper pedicure, which is standard when booking a full treatment. Regardless of what you say was booked, it is your responsibility as professionals to clarify the procedure at the beginning—not after you've already finished part of the service. It is not the client’s job to explain everything when staff don’t even take a moment to look at the appointment system or ask clear questions. Also, dismissing my review as "untrue" instead of listening to feedback shows a lack of professionalism and accountability. A simple acknowledgment and a willingness to improve would have been more appropriate than blaming the customer. You may claim your salon is clean and newly redecorated, but that was not reflected in the experience I had. If customer service and communication were better handled, this situation could have been avoided. I genuinely hope you take this as constructive criticism and provide better training for your staff on how to interact with clients respectfully and professionally.

    Worst nail experience of my life, I DMed a picture of what I wanted they said yes they could do it, got there and three different ladies do my one appointment and every time I show the nails and they said yes all three of them could do it. the second lady did not speak one word of English so I had to wait for staff to translate whenever I needed to talk to her, at one point she missed something so when I tried to show her as she didn’t understand a word I said she shoved my hand rudely and told me to wait. Then when it came to doing what I asked for for my nails they couldn’t do it, they couldn’t even make it look similar so when I said I wasn’t happy the third lady to work on my nails (and I never asked to change ladies it was their choice to carry on switching nail techs) got rude and said ‘well clearly we can’t do what you want so you might as well leave’ in a disgusting tone that made me feel Like I was in the wrong because l stated these weren’t like the pictures I’ve shown you multiple times. As a business you should be transparent with customers and tell them if you cannot do what they asked for because I would happily have gone somewhere that could I understand different nails need different products, instead I was made to be the bad guy because I was not happy with them attempting to poorly recreate what I asked for to the point they looked nothing at all like the picture. Terrible customer service over all.

    Salon do beautiful nails I had acrylic with nail art they done so good lovely staff. They do anything thing you ask and really good price value. I would for sure go back again they do such beautiful job.

    Such an amazing establishment. Run by an amazing woman.. always manages to fit me in last minute when I have a very busy schedule.. she stays late sometimes and I can’t thank the Emily enough! All her work is always done with 100% and the results are always amazing !!! Could not recommend her work more!! 1000% should go visit her!

    Lovely salon, staff are very polite and accommodating. Offering refreshments throughout treatment. Hands and toes have quality finish and exactly what I asked for. This is my second time at the salon and received excellent standard of customer service. The Salon cleanliness is maintained well by all staff along with the use of good quality products. Emily is very skilled and able to fulfil complex nail design, they are perfectionists and are reasonably priced. This will now be my regular salon. Thanks guys
