   Molly is an excellent dog groomer. My dog Rufus won’t let anyone groom him. Whenever, we’ve taken him to a groomer, they always ring me 10 mins later saying, he won’t let them get near him. But with Molly, he he doesn’t mind being groomed. So two hours later (because he is hand stripped), when we arrive to collect him, he not only looks very handsome and groomed beautifully, but he is so excited as if to say, ‘look at me mum.’ We are all delighted with his new look. Molly has a knack with dogs and just seems to do the whole thing with ease. So thank you, Molly

   Our dog Trudi was very happy staying with Molly and her new auntie Sally. We also were very happy that Trudi was being cared for so well! Sally was extremely professional and helpful, keeping us updated as to how Trudi was doing during her short stay with Molly and Friends in early November 2023.

   We left our little Lola with Sally whilst we were away for a week. We did a trial sleepover before we went to make sure Molly and Sally were happy with Lola being in their home. All was well so off we went. I felt nervous as have never left Lola before and gone abroad. I need not have worried. I got lovely daily updates and photos and videos and felt so assured. I would recommend Sally and her hotel to anyone going away for even just one night as it was lovely. I picked Lola up on the way home from Gatwick and she looked so relaxed and had had a wonderful time, even came home smelling lovely after a bath and pamper. A true 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   We have left our little rescue dog Indie with Sally a few times now and have been more than happy! We always get updates and feel totally comfortable that she is being looked after, walked regularly and getting lots of attention. Sally also grooms Indie and does a wonderful job. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

   We rescued Bob in January 2022. He is a springer x poodle and we knew he would need regular grooming. As a rescue dog with separation anxiety, I was worried about finding the right person. Sally is that right person. She immediately put both Bob and I at ease and he loves going to see her every 6 weeks. He always comes out a very happy dog and looks (and smells) amazing. Sally is extremely good at talking each visit through about what he is going to have done. She also feeds back any things we may have missed. Sally is simply a lovely person. I trust her to take care of Bob, as she looks after him as if he were her own. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

   Sally Ann is amazing with Luna. Luna doesn’t like her legs and feet being groomed but Sally always manages to do an amazing job!!! Luna loves her as do I as she looks after Luna so well. Fantastic service

   Ziggy, our miniature schnauzer had his first grooming session at Molly and friends yesterday. The whole experience was very pleasant, he really was overdue for this grooming and he came out looking super smart, and smelt wonderful too, together with a lovely blue bow! Very pleased with the service and we will be back .

   Sally Anne was an absolute delight and a very talented groomer she even managed to get me in a week before my booked appointment! My girl scarlet went in for a bath, trim, nail clip and teeth cleaning! Scarlet was super happy to be left with her and went into her house with no fuss. This was hands down the best groom she's ever had and the cheapest. I will only ever use molly and friends from now on and there is even a loyalty scheme which is a really nice touch. Thank you so much ♥
