I was kept waiting a while even though I had an appointment booked so was in there an hour longer than I thought I would be, however the nail art is amazing and I'm really happy with how they turned out!
I had my nails done by Lee and honestly, it was such a lovely experience! He paid so much attention to every little detail. I also love how easy it is to book online — no hassle at all. It was such a nice hour to myself, especially being offered a tea or coffee.
I went almost two months ago to get my gels removed and a polish manicure reapplied. Rather than soak off the gel, the technician filed the gel off using the electric file, this completely ruined my natural nails, they are still so damaged and I am having to wait for the damage to grow out. I am really upset as two months on my nails are still really unhealthy, thin and peeling from where the file filed through layers of my natural nail. The technician was also playing games on his laptop whilst serving me. I would never go back. When I have had gels removed elsewhere they have soaked them off and took care to ensure the health of my natural nail.
Daughter’s nails was amazing, LOVE the pedicure chairs! Well worth the experience 10* if there was an option.
Fantastic nail bar , service is friendly and professional, ambiance and decor of the place is one of the nicest I’ve been too and my nails stayed on for 5 weeks before I got infills . The best nail place by far !
Fantastic service and place! What an amazing gift to Ampthill is to have such a professional nail salon. Also, nail artist Khu is amazing. Definitely recommend for designs as he is very caring in every step of process and has very good eye for detail. So happy to have such an amazing salon close to home :)
