   I had wanted my nails done for my birthday and I was not disappointed but rather pleased n chuffed to bits!! I thought to try this place as ive never gotten my nails professionally done and they did a wonderful job. they did amazing on doing my requested look, lovely staff and have a warm welcoming atmosphere. They're all so lovely i am definitely going back again I'm obsessed with my nails. I highly recommend this place!! ❤️

   Review Edited:: Im ashamed to say I've cheated on my usual nail salon, and I do not regret it at all. I got my nails and feet done today at wonderful nails, and I absolutely love love love the outcome of my nails. They are stunning. The ladies in the shop are all so lovely. I will be making this my new go to nail bar from now on. Thank you x For some reason the polish on my toe nail, went a bit smudged, I messaged tweedy and asked if I can come in to fix it. And she had absolutely no problem repainting my nail for me. At no extra charge, Thank youu xxx

   I have been going to Wonderful Nails for years now and honestly breaks my heart reading the below reviews because everyone that works there are just 10/10 ! Never ever had an issue in getting a time slot for my visits, never had any issues with my nails or designs ( trust me I’ve asked for a lot of different designs and colours ) and it was never an issue. The staff there are always happy to go above and beyond to make sure I leave the salon happy ( i call that great customer service ) My mum also gets her nails done there and she never had an issue with anything. Honestly, best nail artist! Extremely friendly and caring.

   Went to get a pedicure done. Every tool they used is unwashed. So get ready to rub your feet with tools with all the dead skin that's hanging of God knows how many woman. Got my eyebrows done. The lady who did the eyebrows didn't want to do the shape I wanted as she thinks it won't look good to me. And she doesn't understand English better either. So couldn't win. Left it as is and paid for it.

   The worst nails salon I have ever attended in my life, have no respect for black ladies and never listen to what you want as a customer! I am always rushed and never completed the job I paid for , they have no customer service skill all they care for is their Money!!

   So I've been here a few times out of convenience. It's very over priced for a acrylic salon, I had infills and asked for a design one time it was over £10 extra and they charge up to 3/5 for one broken nail. I think that is slightly outrageous when a whole pack of acyrlics cost them pennies. I've been to allot of places and they are the only ones I've seen to charge you for it. When I paid extra for a design the man doing it had no care or finesse I came in a hour before closing and it was very clear to me that he was rushing to get home on time. I could have spoken up more but I just didn't feel comfortable, I just felt awkward. However a lovely lady who I belive is the owner is much better at doing my nails, she takes allot of time and care. She still asked for 5 extra for a few lines I asked to painted on after it took seconds for her to do. Bit expensive but not terrible. There are plenty of places in mk to use, I would look around for more affordable options.

   AVOID!!!! Avoid at all costs! I’ve given this place many chances and today was the last straw! If you’re not getting Sasha then there’s no point in going! Horrible service and awful results!! Even for a take off?!?! I went today to get a take off and mid way through the eldest woman left to start a pedicure for someone else, I was left there for far too long it took me asking several times for her to return with an attitude and clearly rushing! She left my nails BUMPY AND UNEVEN! After asking for my nails to be filed down and for the residue to be removed she got defensive and spoke to her colleague who also got defence, it felt like I was in an argument just to get my nails filed down and they were acting like they were doing a favour for me not that I’m a paying customer? Then even so now my hands have dried I can LITERALLY SEE THE GEL LEFT ON! I COULD’VE DONE A BETTER JOB AT HOME! If it’s not Sasha for shape and colour, honestly don’t bother! That girl is always booked because everyone knows she’s the only decent one! I’ve had the rest do my nails and they’re all awful. I’ve never had a set I was happy with if it’s not with her. They’ve lost a returning customer. I will be going elsewhere.
